We provide quality, affordable souvenirs for every occasion.

• All Sales Are Final: No returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report issues within 24 hours with clear photos or videos.
• Exchanges: If you paid for an item online and came to pick it up, you may exchange it for another color if the color you want is still available in our shop. If we inform you that the color you selected is sold out, please collect the original item you ordered.
• Order Confirmation: Confirm details before payment; customized items cannot be changed after production begins.
• Delivery: Delivery fees are generally non-refundable.
